Relevant Experience/Expertise: 

• A professional freeski judge with over 15 years of experience, including judging at the X Games, Dew Tour, World Cups, World Championships (’17, ’21, ’23, ’25) and the upcoming 2026 Milano-Cortina Olympics as Head Judge. Currently serves as the FIS Freeski Judges Coordinator, overseeing judge education globally. A former freeskier and competitor who began judging after stopping contest pursuits, and now also works as Marketing and Operations Manager for Surface, Joystick, and Causwell—independent ski brands where he handles all aspects of business operations and is a minority owner.

The connection to Wy’East came when I first visited Windells as a guest pro during summer 2007, eventually leading to summers spent at Mt. Hood working for camp in roles including “Digger" (2008–2010), Coach (2011–2013), Guest Pro Host (2014–2015), and Director of Marketing for Windells and Windells Academy (2015–2020). That role expanded to We Are Camp as Director of Marketing (2018–2020), helping to shape marketing and programming for High Cascade, Seek Skate Camp, and the early stages of the mountain bike program. This background blends elite sport experience, brand leadership, and a long-standing commitment to the Wy’East campus and culture.
