Water is the source of life. Help us to upgrade our water system to meet advancing needs due to climate change.

We consistently upgrade campus facilities in order to ensure our students’ living environment is the best it can be. Our Capital Improvements Fund is currently focused on upgrades to Wy’East’s water infrastructure. We are located in a rural area at the base of Mt. Hood and as such, the Wy’East water system is based around natural well water. The system is healthy and functioning, but has a high mineral content and the next step in improving our campus is to enhance our waterworks. When it comes to something as vital as water, we want to update our infrastructure ahead of any malfunctions, so while our current system meets our community’s needs for healthy, clean water, diligent maintenance is an integral part of keeping everything working smoothly.

When you contribute to our Capital Improvements Fund, your gift allows us to upgrade existing infrastructure by rerouting and replacing pumphouse water lines, adding or replacing drain valves on storage tanks for proper cleaning, an enhanced filtration system, and installing a generator backfeed.

Does Your Company Offer Donation Matching?

Donation matching is a corporate giving initiative in which an employer matches their employee’s contribution to a specific cause, increasing the gift.
